Had been thinking about a new bike, but decided to give my Ribble CGR 725 a bit of a refresh to keep it going a bit longer. New wheels (Vel 23 GRL), derailleur (another RX812), chain, bottom bracket, rotors, and of course, that M5100 11-51t cassette. It kinda nearly worked with no mods, but used a Goat Link and now it’s shifting absolutely beautifully. After four years, the only original parts left are the levers & brakes, cranks, and seat post.
