So i have a bike that was given to me by my uncle and i saw it cost 900€ new which is far more than i thought, the model name is Eagle Wheeler 50 and i was wondering what a fair price would be considering the chain needs cleaning, one cable on the steering wheel is torn and the backwheel wobbles from side to side which is bc of the rims i think. Sorry for the long read i tried to summarize it as much as i could and thsnks for any help in advance.
