Here’s me with my first fixed gear back in 2013. This was my Haro Objekt complete (couldn’t find a side profile shot), stripped and repainted white, along with cutting down and sanding the riser bars. Loved this bike to death ripping it around Chinatown and to school and back all throughout 2013 to 2016. The spokes on the rear wheel were so untrue they eventually began to fall out. In 2014 I remember spotting a Parallax in a local bike shop and I knew I had to get one, but being young I could barely afford the Haro to begin with.

After a nearly a 8 year hiatus I decided to go back into the hobby once I learned about a local community that consist of only fixed gear riders, so I decided to purchase a Tsunami SNM100. But I knew I had to step it up.

With a lot of help from people both locally and internationally I found out what my dream build would consist of. Switching between choosing a frames like the Arrogante and Kory York I remembered how I saw the original Parallax in 2014 only to find out they also made the charcoal edition in 2015. I knew I had to get it and with the help of an online friend I was able to source one from the UK! So here I am now, 2024, building my dream bike!
