Cycling up to turn 16 (turn 21 being the last hairpin turn at the bottom of Alpe d’Huez) then veering right heading up to Auris with spectacular/sweeping views of the valley and le Bourg d’Oisans where my apartment was, then heading on towards Deux Alpes ski station. 40 miles on the day with 5,459 feet of climbing.
