Whomever buys this place don`t get rid of the stove as it is a lifesaver in Winter ,far more efficient and useful than what you can buy today ,look on it as a Bulgarian Aga which will heat the entire home.Try to keep the original features windows ,doors etc as there seems to be not a lot of renovations to be done and don`t forget you may need to start up a company to own the place if your not an Eu citizen .DON`T go with any agents paying your taxes do your own search for these as some agents scam you on eye watering costs for this service ,your taxes (local dannockl ) should be in the region of 100/150 Lev per year.depending on area and size of property.This is payed to the municipality offices or to your local Kameta (village mayor ) and get a reciept.
