This is a junk bike so your best best is whatever you can get for cheap in a hardware store. Probably a large bolt and nut plus a couple large washers and some kind of metal pipe or sleeve to make it fit without too much slop.
But given the extreme low quality and poor condition of this bike…might be worthwhile to spend 100 USD on something better.
