Dropper is KS Liv Si. You can’t see this on video, but it goes down by itself. Also besides that I can pull it like that, post seems to work normally.
Anyone knows how can I fix it?

I’d check the air pressure if its not cartridge based (usually a shrader valve under the saddle)
Check the cable, it might be hung up and not releasing fully
I bet your cable tension is doing something strange. Good to check PSI but this is something to do with your trigger or the length of cable itself
Reduce cable slack at the handlebars and push into seattube
