You’d need to specify which ring. You cannot go much smaller than that one as it’ll be smaller than the bolt circle.

Depends what you mean by BMX ring. If you mean 1/8th inch probably not without getting one custom. If you mean a smaller direct mount sprocket, also a no go.
You might have a smaller bcd* on the back of the cranks, I think 22t was the smallest you could go with a 64 bcd.
BCD is the diameter of the circle made by the holes where the chainring mounts. There are a bunch of standards depending on what cranks you have. You can look up your crank model on the back for your crank arms, should start FC-. I think yours are FC-M590, but I could be wrong.
The bolts in blue are the ones your ring is currently attached to and are 104 BCD, the ones in red are only visible on the back of your crank and are 64 BCD.

Short answer- no. BMX chainrings(and cranks) are different in many ways and components of the two aren’t really cross compatible. It looks like your chainring is as small as your cranks allow, so to get a smaller ring on there, a bmx crankset, bb bearings and sprocket would be required.
Your current cranks possibly have a smaller set of bolt holes for a smaller ring, and, if you have a freehub body on your back wheel you could make it work…
