Beat to fuck finish, like $20 caps. They’re not rare, were made for over 20 years.
EDIT: you may have a hard time getting $20 for it with that huge gouge on the backside of it.

It’s also a 27.0 and not the more common 27.2. Coincidentally I just bought an aero 27.0 for an old steel frame, so there’s a demand, but this one looks pretty tired.
