It might be the FRAME from the “International” or the “Export”, the last two bikes in this catalog [https://www.raydobbins.com/misc/Colnago_Catalog/colnago_catalog.htm](https://www.raydobbins.com/misc/Colnago_Catalog/colnago_catalog.htm) . Your bike does not have the lugwork of the fancier Colnagos.
But everything else has been replaced.

I’m not an expert on Colnago, but the tops of the seat stays look suspicious to me, unlike the usual thin Colnago stays. It could be a frame that was outsourced to another builder, for a more “mass market” type model. Whatever it is, it still looks like a quality frame, but I doubt it’s a “real” Colnago. The parts are a mish-mosh, that crankset is pathetic.
