Check with the manufacturer to see if they have a warranty on the frame.

Toast. I’d guess manufacturing issue (unless you had the seat past the minimum insertion mark) but if it’s an internet ebike good luck- a shop will charge more to frame swap than the cost of this bike new, if you can find one willing
Not to be that guy, but this is why it’s worth spending a little more to get something from your LBS. yes this was a cheap option, but now you need to buy a new bike, and this thing is going to the landfill in all likelihood.

seems like a too-small seatpost might be a part of the problem? eh, if it’s a larger diameter seat tube you could glue a sleeve in and roll with it. or go with a fixed seatpost height
