What mods?

Definitely pedals , get some decent composite ones with metal pins like race face or one up . The tires dont look too grippy so that would be my second choice. The rest, just try it and see what you dont like , taller handlebars , wider seat , comfier grips …..

Tires for sure, mate. I put on some chunky Minions on mine and it’s a totally different beast. Enjoy!
