My very liminal bike mechanic knowledge has got me stuck. Does anyone know the name or where I can get the silver ring which is on my old forks (green) for my new forks the stem on the forks is 1″ but as you can see it flares up at the base
P.s new forks are getting sandblasted and polished don’t worry about the surface rust

The part is called the crown race. I’m not familiar with that fork, some are integrated but a lot can also be removed and put on the new one.
Unless you are saying the new fork is straight steer tube and the old is tapered. If that’s the case you need an entirely new headset which would come with a new crown race.
