On smooth silky roads it’s all quiet, but on rough tarmac I hear this buzzing sound coming from the back. I’ve checked the hub, cassette, loose bolts, Di2 cable etc. but I can’t find it.

Does it make that sound on every cog? I have one “noisy” cog on my SRAM cassette.
Is the cassette tightened enough?
WhoIsPurpleGoo on
could it be the valve stem rattling?

I’ve got something similar on my 2023 Aeroad Di2 also when riding on somewhat ruffer surfaces! Its not on al cogs!

Thats not a normal noise and I would have it checked out at your local bike shop. I had a noise similar to that but on my Aeroad with SRAM Force and ended up needing a new rear derailleur. Its now perfect and the noise is gone completely. Not saying that is what you need but its best to get it checked out by a mechanic.
