What are you trying to accomplish? If you’re uncomfortable on the bike, check your general fit with someone who has some experience fitting people on bikes. A more upright position isn’t always the right solution.

You can buy an adjustable stem from a known brand and see what height suits you best.
Otherwise if you’re not in any discomfort just ride your bike and enjoy the snow 🙂
