Recently while inflating my tyres, I saw few cracks on the side walls.
Earlier I use to fill only 25-30psi and min pressure on the tyre is 40psi.
Now I’m filling up the tyres upto 45psi.
I have only ridden 2000 kms on them.
Are these fine?

They are still fine to ride, its just rubber coat outside that cracks which is normal. Only its dangerous to use when it start to expose inner nylon threads layer with fabric like cuts then you need to change the tires. All my tires have cracks like that but as long the internal nylon weave intact its still good to go.
