I believe that Ukraine views us as a mere flea market, where they can take whatever they desire without any consequence. It is unjustifiable for us to provide them with any military assistance, especially when it comes to our precious aircraft. We have already given them tanks, only to witness them abandon these valuable assets in the field, allowing Russia to swoop in and reverse engineer them. Now, I can't help but wonder what they will do with the F-16s. Will they simply crash them or leave them neglected in some remote location, allowing others to seize and study them? It is a worrisome thought, as both Russia and China are likely to take full advantage of the situation and extract every bit of valuable information from these aircraft. It is evident that these individuals lack loyalty and love, particularly when it comes to respecting the property of others.
Yep, the A10 is a great CAS aircraft, but it's 50 yrs old now. USAF generals have been trying to dump this aircraft due to high cost of maintenance for an old airframe. It will not help Ukraine much now, too little, too late. F16s a better option today.

I built a Revell model A-10 in the late '70s as a kid, so as an expert, I agree we need to keep the limited inventory of A-10's for the US unknown future conflicts. Also to Gonky's point they will take whatever is offered… We could offer a wing of Cessna 152's armed with deer rifles and a box if dynamite and they'd say "send it over…". Hmmm, could be effective….
Imagine learning your side is getting A-10s and you're serving in british equipment.

The Russians haven't been able to take out the Ukrainian air force made up of old soviet aircraft why would they suddenly become good it because they got western air craft ?
As an American, we've been lied too about Ukraine which is run by the Descendants and Nazi's from WWII! Ukraine is the MOST Corrupt Nation second ONLY to the US! They are the worlds biggest MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION in the world, Why do you think our government is so willing to go to war for them! I'm rooting for RUSSIA, they are on the RIGHT side of history in this conflict! Russia has SAVED our butt's several times in our history! They were demonized during the Cold War, but they are no longer a Communist Nation, but WE are becoming one as we speak! Go RUSSIA!
You guys realize the war changes, right? Russian air force and air defense are being attritted. Drone strikes deep inside russia are forcing them to relocate air defenses. And with the loss of the two ISR birds last week all of the A50 flights have been pulled farther back, reducing radar coverage. Russians have been complaining of increased UAF activity in the South thanks to the presumed Patriot ambushes. It is possible to have local air superiority, assuming they're allowed to actually get Vipers flying combat missions. Also the old soviet junk is running long in the tooth. I'm not saying the A10 is best option, but it's in the conversation.
A-10s are useless without air superiority. Which they don't have.

How long to get the A-6 fleet up and running from the boneyard? How about F-111's? These guys need terrain following radar and side-by-side seating!
God I hope not. We need to stop supporting that place.
Special has a can't do attitude, and a closed mind (body language, arms crossed, leaning back, and disparaging tone of voice).
It's not a question of "will they", but should they? And the answer is: they should've negotiated when there was a chance. And at this point sending further aid is just prolonging the inevitable and sending people to their death.
