Hello all, I recently got a gravel bike and have been upping my saddle time. I haven’t gotten a professional bike fit yet but was curious if there were any red flags on my fit from a few pictures. TIA
You look a little cramped for my taste, like maybe increase the frame size cramped. Might play around with setback seat post or longer stem.
Also helpful to wear shorts so we can see your knee.

Drop your seat at least 1cm. At the bottom you should have a straight but not locked knee and a flat foot. It looks like your hips would drop if you were to relax and drop your heel. Maybe add 10mm to the stem. It’s not too cramped imo. Just some adjustments

Go on the Velofit website, pay the very small fee compared to what you paid for your bike and then upload this video.
The analysis will tell you how to adjust your position on the bike

Seat too high stem too short frame maybe a hair small. Pretty hard to judge with all the baggy clothes too tho
