Grx derrailer has just enough play in the clutch before it locks allowing the chain to loosen and fall off over bumps.
The clutch is as tight as it can go so it doesnt need tightening.
Any Shimano Clutch Wizards able to diagnose this?

Just checked my GRX rear derailleur and that looks pretty normal with the clutch engaged. Not much you can tinker with under the cap where the clutch wheel is installed. Your problem may reside elsewhere if you’re having chain retention problems as typically I don’t use the clutch and never have chain issues on rough terrain. What are you running on the front. Standard shimano 1x or something else.
