The loud clinking sounds are the pedals hitting things. It sometimes pedals and sometimes doesn’t thw chain spins fine and shifts but it just doesn’t spin the wheel. This has never happened before pls hell

Your camera skills, for one, but it seems like your free hub/freewheel is shot.
Mount the bike in a bike stand, put the phone in a tripod, then record the video. I have no idea what is happening.
Freehub isn’t engaging. It looks cold out, there could be too thick of grease inside the freehub pawls. More than likely though freehub needs to be replaced. Your local bike shop should be able to find a replacement for you to order, or do a cleaning and apply a lighter grease/oil to get you rolling again in the meantime.
Throw the whole thing in the trash
