Every bike I’ve worked on uses 2, they’re locks that fit into the axle adjustment slot

It’s to keep your axle equal on both sides and to keep your wheel in the same place each time you refit it for derailleur purposes

Any idea what to search for so I can find another? I not sure what you’d call that or how to makes sure it would fit. Makes sense there should be two though!

Seems like you have mounts(?) for [these](https://velo-orange.com/products/dropout-adjustment-screw) instead of the spacers. I think they’d look cleaner.
According to this link, maybe there was only one from the factory? https://www.bikeforums.net/15760327-post4.html
Yeah there’s usually two but sweet skip tooth freewheel!
You don’t need two, pull the left side all the way back to the spacer and then just visually center the wheel in the drop out.
