Hello everybody this is Ben Patrick from Park House here in Southampton. I’m here to show you around the residence. We’ll wait for more people to join obviously as it’s only just before 10 o’clock but welcome everybody. I hope everybody’s having a good day.
And we’re here at Collegiate Park House. We’re going to be having a look at a few different room types today.
And we’re also going to be having a look at all of our social spaces. So we’ll be looking at a VIP studio, a luxury plus studio and a premium plus studio alongside all of our social spaces. So we’ll just wait a minute or two just for everybody else to join.
We’re here just in the city centre. I’ll just show you just outside the building. So just outside the building we’re here at Park House. Lovely view of the city centre. So city centre is just to our left so that’s the main high street.
You’ve also got lovely Palmerston Park here and then Park House is just here. So this is what the front of Park House looks like. It’s a really lovely area to be in. And we are just a few minutes away from walking from the Solent University campus which is just to our right.
And then the University of Southampton campus is a short bus ride away or very convenient to cycle to. You’ve got bus stops just outside the building and there’s plenty along local roads as well. There’s lots of different bus facilities.
You’ve got everything that you could need in terms of your facilities here at Park House in terms of your local shops. So you’ve got lots of local supermarkets and international supermarkets as well along with the West Quay shopping centre which is just a couple of minutes walk away from us.
Everything that you need is right here on your doorstep. And as I say it’s just a really lovely area. And what we’ll do next is we will head on into the residence and welcome those who are still joining.
We’re here at Park House and we’re going to be having a little look around the building. So we have secure key access. And then when entering into the building, this is our reception area.
So here’s my colleague Andrew. Me and Andrew are here to assist all of your needs while you’re here staying with us at Park House. Our reception area is here, which is where our team are based. So we’re here between 8.30am through to 6pm Monday to Saturday.
And we are available here to assist you. We also have a 24 hour phone line available for you. So you’re always in contact with us 24 hours a day. In the reception area, we do offer free printing for our residents.
We just ask you to provide the paper and we’ll provide all the ink for you. We also provide this in one of our study rooms. So then this is the lobby area here at Park House.
We’ve got a lift that will take you throughout the entire building and it will take you up to all floors. So the building itself has 104 studios and we also have three floors full of studios here. You can also take the stairs.
And when walking around, we’ll just have a look at some of our great facilities we’ve got here. So within the building, you have your mailboxes. So you each have your own mailbox. We accept all of your parcels for you so we can sign for all of them.
So don’t need to worry about being in when you’ve got parcels arriving. We’ll sign for them for you. We’ll pop them in your post box and we’ll also deliver them to your studios as well. If it’s larger than your post box.
So it’s really nice and secure and our team are always here to assist. If you’ve got anything important arriving, always feel free to contact us and we can look out for your parcels for you.
We also have as great as a great facility here at Park House is you have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate available for you 24 hours a day. So you’ve got the hot drinks machine. You can see the range of drinks available for you.
So you’ve got espresso, white coffee, cappuccino latte, hot chocolate, mocha as well. So you’ve got lots of different options. And then we do also provide during term time, we provide a free grab and go breakfast. So that will include things like croissants. And at the moment we’re providing porridge pots.
So you’ve got these as your breakfast items to have in the mornings. So that’s all here for you as a great facility here at Park House. So welcome to everybody who’s joined. I hope you’re all having a good day so far.
Next up, we’re going to have a look at our laundry room here at Park House. So we’re just entering into the laundry room. So we’ve got a great laundry room here with four washers and four dryers. Run by the company Circuit Laundry.
This is cleaned daily along with the entire building by our amazing housekeeper Becky. You’ll get to know her if you’re moving into the building in September. She’s amazing and keeps this building looking great at all times. The washing, so it costs £2.80 to wash and £1.50 to dry.
And you can download the free Circuit Laundry app that’s available for you, which is nice and convenient to be able to top up your app so you can pay for your laundry. You can scan a QR code and that will activate your washing machine.
So it’s, and you’ve got really large drums here in the laundry room. Like so. And this is available 24 hours a day for you. So next up, we’re going to go and have a look at some of our social spaces.
So we’re going to go down to our basement area and we’ll have a little look around. So we have down on our basement area, we have our shared kitchen, we have a common room, we have a gym and we also have a bike store.
So we’ll go and have a look at all of those now. So we’ll just walk on through the whole thing. So we’ll just walk on down the stairs. So past Maryland Monroe on our way down. So, and now we are in the basement area where I’ll just spin the camera around
And we can have a look at the kitchen. So this is our shared kitchen. This is available to use 24 hours a day and it’s perfect to use if you’ve got friends coming around or if you just want to have a meal in the kitchen. You can use this at any time.
We’ve got the full size oven here. We’ve got hob, we’ve got all your kitchen equipment that you need in here. And you’ve also got a dining table here. So it’s plus we’ve got the common room.
So the common room is a really large area and it’s got lots of great facilities which I’ll show you right now. So just entering into the common room. So you’ve got large common room area with pool table. You’ve got the table tennis table.
And you’ve got the lovely sofa area with plenty of seating space. I’ve just seen the message that the signal in the basement is unstable. So I do apologize if it is unstable a little bit. We will try and get through and then back into the back into the area of good signal here.
I don’t know why we’re having the problem, but we will. We’ll carry on and I’ll just show you the basement area and the common room. So this lovely common room area, you’ve got table tennis, you’ve got pool, we’ve got lots of board games.
So we’ve got everything from poker to Monopoly to lots of books here as well. All here available for you. We do loads of events throughout the course of the year here. Everything from welcome events and throughout the year will be where we base all of our events on.
So you’ll get to meet everybody in the building at our welcome events. And you’ll be able to enjoy this 24 hours a day. So this is always available for you to use. And is like so. We do have Netflix on the television. We’ve also got a PlayStation here.
So you’ve got a games console that you can use as well. And next up, we’re going to have a look at the gym area. So we’ll just spin round and we’ll go and have a look at the gym. So the gym like so. Again, the gym is also available 24 hours a day.
So you can use it for your games. Again, the gym is also available 24 hours a day for you to use. You don’t have to book to use the gym. It’s always available here for you. You’ve got a range of machines. You’ve got the rowing machine. You’ve got cross trainer, exercise bike.
You’ve also got the treadmills and plenty of other equipment. Along with yoga mats. We’ve got water supply in here for you to keep cool while doing your workout. And we have also got a weight station here for you. Like so. And this is a great area to meet others in the building.
It’s really popular. And you can use this at any time, as I say. It’s cleaned daily by our housekeeper, Becky. So it’s always kept in great condition. And it’s a really good place to be able to enjoy. You’ve got the television in there as well.
So you can watch television or listen to music while you’re in here as well. But it’s a really great common area. Like so. And it’s just another great feature for living at Park House. So next up, we’re going to have a look at our bike store. So we’ll just have a look inside.
So if you wish to bring a bicycle to Southampton, you can do and you can store it here in our bike store area. Like so. So it’s perfect for if you’re going to the university, if you’re just going around the city centre, there’s lots of safe cycle lanes,
Lots of safe bike lanes as well in the city. So you can feel safe when riding a bike through the city. If you want to store your bike here, you can do. We also have a map of the city here for you. So if you are going on any adventures on your bike,
You can have a little look at the map to know where you’re going. To exit out of the bike store, we have a lift here. So that will take you up onto the courtyard area and then you’ll be able to head straight out onto the park. So it’s a really secure area.
The bike store is here on the lower ground floor. So it is very, very secure for you. So next up, what we’re going to do, we’ll go and have a look around at some of the room types. So while we’re walking there,
I’d be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have along the way. But we’ll be going to have a look first of all at the Luxury Plus Studio and then we’ll have a look at the VIP
And then we will also go and have a look at the Premium Plus Studio. So they’re all great room types. And the Luxury Plus and VIP, they are bespoke for either individuals or also for couples, as they are extra large studios. So we’re just going to go and walk around the building.
So we’ll just walk up the stairs, just past the reception area. So we’re just going to walk up to the Luxury Plus Studio. So here at Park House, you have all your bills included. You’ve got all Wi-Fi included. All of your bills are taken care of for you.
And you’ve also got a couple of study rooms we’re going to have a look at in a moment as well. So first of all, we’ll have a look at the Luxury Plus. So we’ll just enter on in. So this is the Luxury Plus Studio.
So the Luxury Plus is one of our largest studios here at Park House. And it’s bespoke for either individuals or couples. And we’ll just walk through and have a look at all the great facilities. So to start with, we’ll have a look at the bathroom area.
So you’ve got a little bit of a view of the bathroom. We’ll have a look at the bathroom area. So you’ve got a lovely bathroom, like so. You’ve got a lovely large shower with shelving on the back of the shower. Like so. You’ve got the large shower door. You’ve got the bathroom cabinets.
Like so. So you’ve got plenty of storage space in the bathroom area. And then lots of mirrors as well. Along with even more storage space and towel racks and towel rails as well. So with the bathroom, you’ve got your bathroom door.
And if we move the bathroom door, this opens up even more storage space for you. Which is really convenient for storing all of your clothes and belongings. And it’s a really nice and tidy way to store more items. When moving to our right, we also have an intercom phone.
So I’ll just switch it on for you. So that’s a view of the outside of the building. So if you were to, for example, have a delivery or have friends over, you could give them your room number. So in this case, it’s 102. And they could call your room from outside.
And they can, and they will call this phone. And then you can pick the phone up and speak to them. And you can also let them into the building by pressing that key button. So that will open the front door for them. And then they can come in to the, enter the building.
And it’s just a really convenient way to welcome people to the residence. So you have a full length mirror within the bedroom, like so. And then when walking through the room, you’ll see that there’s really lovely large space that opens out. You’ve got the full size double bed here for you.
Alongside two bedside tables. And lots of wardrobe space. So you have loads of storage space here at Park House. So we’ll open up the wardrobes for you. So you can see inside. So you’ve got your wardrobe space like that. And that goes even further along, like so. So there’s loads of storage space.
And included with that storage space, you also have full under bed storage. So there and also underneath the bed there. So that’s full under bed storage for you. So perfect for storing your suitcases when you arrive as well. So when going through, we’ll have a look at the kitchen area.
So your kitchen area comes with some great features. So you’ve got the combi microwave grill, which has the oven, grill and microwave function all in one. Like so. And then you also have your fridge freezer. There. And you’ve got a two ring hob.
And you’ve also got lots of storage space for all of your cooking utensils and everything that you could need. So it’s a really great kitchen area. You’ve got your sink there and it’s just got all the great facilities that you need when moving into Park House.
So you also have next to the kitchen area, you’ve got a great sofa area. So this is perfect for relaxing in, for eating in and just and just for chilling out in this area. You’ve got the great park views, which I’ll show you more of in a moment.
And you have your dining table. And then you’ve got these great, this great sofa area. And particularly as these rooms gets gets a lovely amount of sunlight, you’ve got the beautiful view of the park. Like so.
So the park being on the park here, we’re very lucky and a lot of the rooms have some amazing views. So and then we’ll have a look at the desk area. So as I say, with the luxury and luxury plus rooms, these are larger. So these have two desks.
So if you are a couple coming to stay with us, you have a desk each and then you’ve got storage drawers each as well. On the desk area, you have a television included within every single room and you’ve got and this is an IPTV.
So you’ve got access to all of the apps that you need. And then you’ve got loads of storage space. So perfect for all of your university work and storing any other items. So and then we’ll just have a little spin around the room.
Just to show you a little bit more about the luxury plus. So along with all rooms, you’ve got your Wi-Fi included. You’ve got perfect. You know, you’ve got a perfect amount of space here. You’ve got all of your bills included with the room.
And these are just a really lovely room type to be able to book. Like so. So this is the luxury plus. And next up, what we’re going to have a look at is the VIP.
So we will go and walk over to the VIP studio for the luxury plus lovely large studio and really homely. So next up, we’re going to have a look at the VIP. So what we’ll do is we’ll just walk over there and we will have a little look at the VIP.
So the VIP is our largest studio in the in the residence. And these also come with a free parking space included with the VIP studio. So these are very, very limited. There are only three VIP studios in the entire building. And they are the largest room that we have.
So what I’ll do is I’ll spin the room around, spin the camera around for you and we can have a look at the studio. So when entering the studio, you’ve again got the same intercom phone as you had in the previous room. So you can you can use that at any time.
And it’s perfect for welcoming friends to the building. And then the VIP studio opens up and it’s a really large space and you’ve got windows around the entire room. And it brings in lots of air and lots of light as well. So we’ll have a look at the bathroom in the VIP studio.
So you’ve got again your lovely window. You’ve got your park view from the bathroom as well. You’ve got all of the great facilities that I’ve shown you in the Luxury Plus as well. So again, the bathroom cabinet like so opens up plenty of space for you.
And then again, the large shower like so. So really large shower. And then you’ve also got the space on the back there for any toiletries. And it’s just a really lovely space. So we’ll walk through the room now and you can have a look at the size of the VIP.
So again, the kitchen area has all the great facilities of the two ring hob. You’ve got your fridge freezer as well. Like so. So your lovely fridge freezer. You’ve also got your combi microwave grill. So in this room I’ll just open this up for you.
So you can see inside you’ve got the combi microwave grill which shows all of your oven, grilling and microwave functions. And plenty of drawer space and cupboard space again. Exactly like so. So lots of cupboard space. Lovely high ceilings as well. So it’s a really great space.
So we’ll just move along within the room a little bit further. So as you can see, you’ve got a number of windows going all the way around the room. You’ve got the sofa area and the dining area for you. Like so. And you’ve also got the double desks again.
So you’ve got your two desk chairs. You’ve got the extra storage space as well. And then if I just spin round, you get even more cupboard space in this. So you’ve got huge wardrobes here in Park House. So we can have a look inside. So that’s one side.
And then you’ve got so much space like so. So lots of wardrobe space. So perfect. If you’re a couple or friends coming to stay with us, or if you’re just looking to book alone, you’ve got plenty of space available and plenty of wardrobe space for you.
So you can each have your own wardrobe. And then next, this room sort of opens up into like its own bedroom area. So you’ve got your double beds here. So in your luxury, luxury plus and your VIPs, you’ve got a double bed. You’ve got under bed storage again.
And again, this opens up into you’ve got two windows in the bedroom area. So nice and bright, lots of air in. And you’ve got again, the two bedside tables as well. And it’s a really lovely room like so.
So this is a this room itself is because it has with a free parking space as well included in the room. This room is free space. As well included in the room. This room is free to nine per week with all bills included and all of the great facilities I have shown you.
The parking space is right outside the building and a parking space within the city will normally cost a few thousand pounds. A parking space in the city. And we’ve got a couple we’ve got a few of the best places in the city for parking. So that’s the VIP room.
It’s a really stunning room and is yeah, and is just a really large space. And it is perfect for couples and individuals. And it’s just a really beautiful room. So next up, what we’re going to do, we’re going to have a look at a one of our social spaces,
One of our study spaces, sorry. So here at Park House, we have two study spaces and we will have a look at one of them today. So we’ll have a look at that next. And then what we will do is we’ll go and have a look at one of our premium plus studios,
Which is one of our single occupancy studios. Yeah, as we say, that’s the VIP and is a really beautiful room type. So we’ll just go and walk along the corridors and we’ll go and have a look at our first study room. So these study rooms are open 24 hours a day for you.
So you can study at any time. And just a question that’s come through. So what if you lose your card? So if it’s during working hours, you just come down and see our team. And then we can help you help you replace them.
And then we can also and then if it’s out of hours, we have an emergency phone number in which we can replace your key any time of day. And that emergency phone number is made available to you when you move in.
And in terms of receiving deliveries, yes, we offer receiving all your deliveries for you. We accept all of them. And then we can also deliver them to your studio or we can pop them in your own individual mailbox that you have in the building. So everything is here conveniently for you.
Our team are always here to provide assistance. So now we’re just in our study room. So we’ve got two study rooms here in Park House. So you’ve got a lovely large table, perfect for either individual work or group work. You do also have one of our two printers here.
So we do have free printing available for you. We just asked you to provide the paper and we will provide the ink for you. So you’ve got the free printer there. And again, these are available 24 hours a day. So you’ve got lots of books here as well.
So lots of books that have been donated to us by previous students. So I hope there’s some useful textbooks and other books for you as well. And it’s just a really lovely study space. And as I say, we’ve got two of these available, the other one being on the second floor,
Which is very similar to this. And it’s nice and quiet. So it means you’re able to do all of your studying in peace and quiet. So what we’ll do next is we’ll just walk along the corridors. So we’re going to go and walk to our Premium Plus Studio.
So we’ll just walk along so you can see some of the corridor areas. So we have lots of artwork on our walls as well throughout the entire building. And these are the lift lobby areas that we’ve got. So we’re just on the first floor here.
So we’ve got a seating area here as well if you’re waiting for the lift. And we’ll just walk around. And we’ll just walk on through the residence. One of the questions. And we do also partner with a company called UniKit Out, who you could purchase all of your belongings to move in with.
So if you needed bedding, if you needed kitchen equipment, which is what you’ll need to move in with, UniKit Out, you could buy that from them and it’s there ready for you when you move in. So it’s really convenient so you don’t need to worry about that.
Our team are also here to help if you need to quarantine in the residence. So if you needed to travel over and quarantine, our team are here to assist so we can help you with shopping, we can help you with collecting medication or anything else that you need.
So we’re just on our third floor now, which is our top floor here at Parkhouse. So we’re going to have a look at our Premium Plus Studio next. So we’ll just walk on in. And we will have a little look around. So I’ll just spin the camera around for you.
So this is our Premium Plus Studio. So this is one of our single occupancy studios and it’s just really lovely with lots of windows. And what we’ll do is we’ll have a little look around the room and then I can show you some of the great features.
So again, we’ve got another large bathroom in all of our room types. You’ve all got similar size bathrooms. They’re all really lovely in size. You’ve again, in every room type, you’ve got the bathroom cabinet, perfect for all toiletries. You’ve got the large mirrors, you’ve got your sink, you’ve got your towel rails.
You’ve also got your large shower as well. And again, with the shelf on the back of the shower, perfect for you to put any of your toiletry products. And then again, you’ve also got the intercom phone, again on this room type here at Park House.
We have these on every single room in the building. So the intercom phone again, perfect for letting people into the residence. If you’ve got friends coming over or if you’re having a delivery of food, you could have them have your room number. They can call your room number for you
And you can let them into the building and they can deliver your food for you. So we’ll just spin around in the room. You’ve got your wardrobe here. So again, you’ve got a lovely large wardrobe area. Like so, I’ll just stand back for you.
So you’ve got two rails and that’s the same in every single room. You’ve got your large draw space as well. So you can store all of your clothes here and it gives you plenty of space. As I said before, the dual occupancy rooms have two of these wardrobes.
So and then you’ve got your kitchen area. So you have your two ring hop. You’ve also got your fridge freezer like so. So you’ve got your freezer compartment and then all your fridge space. So plenty of space for you. And then you’ve again got your combi microwave grill.
So this does the microwave grill and oven function for you. The same as in the other rooms. You’ve got plenty of draw space as well. So for any cutlery. And then again, you’ve got lots of cupboard space. So you’ve got loads of cupboard space throughout for all of your kitchen appliances.
And all of your food can all be safely stored away. And then you’ve got your sink like so as part of the kitchen area. And it’s just a really lovely kitchen. So moving on to the bedroom area and the study area. So you’ve got a lovely size desk here.
So it’s perfect for if you had a desktop or laptop computer. We have a wired and wireless connection here. For your computers. So you can use EBA. You’ve got your draw space on the desk. And then you’ve also got plenty of storage space above.
And then as in every room, you’ve got a large pin board area. So you can use that for putting up any pictures or any university notes. It’s just a really useful thing to have. And then you’ve also got your sofa area as you do in all the room types I’ve shown you today.
You’ve got the table there. So perfect for eating your dinner on. You’re perfect for sitting around and having friends here as well. And then as with our premium plus room, you have the beautiful park view with your free windows here. So if we look out the window, you’ve got the park view.
It’s a really beautiful view to have from your room. Like so. So yeah, it’s really, really lovely space. And then just spinning around in the room, you’ve also got the mirror. And you have your television as included in every single room type. So you all have your own television.
And then you also have your beds. So this room type, so these are the single occupancy rooms. So these are the small double beds. As opposed to the full size double bed in the dual occupancy studios. So you do have plenty of storage space around the bed. So in these rooms, you’ve got.
You’ve got extra storage in the headboard. And you’ve also got storage behind the bed there and also plug sockets. So perfect for charging your phone for having any other devices near the bed as well. And again, as with all the other room types, you’ve got full under bed storage there for you.
So it’s a perfect size for you to have all of your suitcases underneath and is all there for you. So what we’ll do is we’ll just spin around in the room. And we’ll have a little look around. So you’ve got blinds in every single room. So these are these are lovely blinds.
Like so. And you’ve got your windows that open out nice and wide for you. Like so. So we’ll just spin around in the room. And have a little look. So I’ve got a question here. So for visitor car parking. So, yes, we do.
We are able to offer some visitor car parking if it’s for a limited time, because we only have six parking spaces. So we can if it was, say, you know, a limited time period, we could offer visitor car parking.
You just need to speak to our team first because the parking is monitored by a ticketing company. And we obviously don’t want any of our residents getting parking tickets. So we yeah. So we are we’re happy to offer it. But just speak to us first. So that is the premium plus studio.
And so far today, we’ve had a look at the all this all the social areas. So on the social spaces, we have a gym, we have the common room, we’ve got the bike store, we’ve got the shared kitchen area. We’ve got two study rooms.
So you’ve got loads of social spaces to be able to benefit from at Parkhouse. Also within the residence, you’ve got the free tea, coffee, hot chocolate available. So the hot drinks machine, which is available 24 hours a day. You’ve got the so you have the breakfast offerings.
So that is the hot coffee, hot chocolate, hot coffee, hot chocolate. And then we have the breakfast offerings. So that is available during weekdays, during term time. So we offer croissants or porridge pots. So today, for example, we’re offering porridge pots for our residents, which you’ll be able to see in the replay.
And then the rooms that we’ve looked at are the luxury plus, the premium plus, which we’re in now, and then also the VIP studio.
In terms of the questions that we’ve had, so in terms of what the rent includes, I’ve just sort of gone through a lot of what the what the rent includes.
So you do have all of your you do have all of your bills included and you do have lots of great facilities here at Parkhouse. We do also have high speed Wi-Fi. So you’ve got excellent speed Wi-Fi here. So you can is perfect for gaming, perfect for just university work.
So even if you had to do online lectures, you would be able to you would be able to no problem at all. Go through and do those and do those online lectures without any dropout of Wi-Fi whatsoever. It’s perfect for that.
And and yeah, and that so that is the that is the tour completed for you of the of the residents. But I’d be delighted to answer any questions that you may have.
So so yes, so here in the here in Southampton, we have we’ve got lots of lots of great things to do in the city. So you’ve got you’ve got everything from being able to go to Ocean Village to West Quay. You’ve got to do shopping. You’ve got lots of bar and restaurants.
You have if you wanted to, you can go to watch Premier League football or whatever you would like to go and do. There’s lots available for you. So cancellation policy. We have we have an international cancellation policy at the at the moment,
Which if you were to fail to if you were to say go into another lockdown in in China, for example, you would be you would be able to cancel if you could provide that evidence, if your flights were cancelled and things like that.

So we have staff available on site between the between the hours of 830 a.m. through to 6 p.m. And then we have a emergency call number.
So if you were to call us out of hours, it would go through to our student warden who would be able to help you 24 hours a day.
So you we are always available to assist and our team are always are always on hand to help in our for every resident who books with us as well. So we do also have a group chat on WeChat for our residents.
So to act as a community of residents being able to help one another as well. Another question coming up of the of wanting to if you could sublet your lease. So you wouldn’t be able to sublet your lease if you planned on leaving your accommodation.
You would have to speak to the team because you are liable for your tenancy agreement. And you would have to find a replacement tenant to take over the the tenancy from you. That would be and that would be subject to speaking with the accommodation team.
But we can we can provide you more assistance with that. We really hope that you wouldn’t have to leave your tenancy early because we we think that it would just be something that is done in the very last instance.
But yes, so in the in the building itself, as we’ve mentioned, we’ve got the WeChat group. So our residents love speaking to each other. We as soon as you book a room with us as well, we can invite you to that group.
So that means that you’re there and available to speak to and get to know more of our residents before arrival. So are there any other questions that I can answer for you today? I’ve seen a question about about bus stops.
So yes, you have bus stops within a two to four minute walk away from the building. So they’re they’re always available. You’ve got lots of bus stops available near us that will take you to the university campuses or also to very easily to other local cities as well.
So we’ve got cities such as Winchester and Portsmouth. And we’ve also got towns like Bournemouth nearby. So there’s lots of places to go and visit along with the new forest and places like that. So there’s lots of availability to be able to to be able to travel through the city.
