Bottom bracket on an 80s schwinn, press fit and threadless. So far I have sprayed with wd40 and used a wrench and mallet to try to smash through it. I have also tried using a small crowbar, but it has not moved.
Are some of these wielded as well as press fit? That would explain why its so hard to remove.

Use a punch or thick screwdriver and tap it out with a hammer from behind. Be gentle.
To replace, you’ll need a way to press it back in. They make tools for this but you can make one yourself with a threaded rod or bolt with nuts and flat washers and you’ll lock it down until the cups are fully seated. A cheapish headset tool off of amazon would probably work too.
