I race dirt bikes off road, harescrambles and enduros, and am looking to get out on a mountain bike for fun and cross training.
I’ve had a bike for quite awhile but have probably only put in a couple dozen rides.
My question is since I plan to be riding a lot more this year, should I ride what I’ve got, do some upgrades, or ditch my bike and get something else.
This is what I’ve got.

I don’t necessarily want to spend a ton, but I’d put a little money in if it’s really going to improve the experience.
I live in the Northeast and there’s quite a bit of single track within 10 minutes of my house. Probably more technical than fast. That’s primarily what I’m interested in riding.
Thanks!

Ride it until you break something or realize a bike with different geo is needed to progress.
That’s a pretty sweet bike. Do the maintenance it needs and ride till you know you want to get more involved in it. Then buy something.
Ride it till it breaks or you think you need a better bike. I just don’t think it’d be worth upgrading it, imo.
Dropper post are pretty cheap right now, and you might like a drooper. Most bike stuff is pretty cheap right now, so if you want a new bike it is a good time. If your singletrack is mostly XC then that bike is probably a ton of fun. If you want your cross training to include lung busting climbs and big jumps on the way back down, something different would be more fun. I had a zaskar when I was in my 20s, ( a similar bike to what you posted) and I loved riding that thing, but I was riding in florida and texas so the trails were pretty tame.
