So i’m not sure what i’m looking at, never seen this type of freewheel. Anyone knows what it is/and how to remove it?

Maillard Helicomatic. you’ll need to find a bike shop that’s been around for a few decades that still has the tool for that, or find one on ebay.

Maillard helicomatic. There’s one on ebay for about $15. Grab it because the other sellers think they have some valuable collectible and are charging double.
I have a friend in a bike shop with a drawer full of the removers.

I just unscrew mine with a large channel lock plier.
