First bike I’ve ever bought, assembled, or customized. I’m new to cycling, so I’ve only put 60 miles on it so far, but I’m LOVING it (other than my quads feeling like over-inflated balloons after every ride). I also bought everything I need to vinyl wrap the carbon fork in a combination of matte and carbon orange, but I’m currently a bit reluctant (scared!) to remove everything and risk ruining something I already like so much. 🤞 Advice and tips welcomed and appreciated.

I have the older X and love it. The biggest issue with the bike are the wheels in my opinion. I don’t know if it is better or the same on the ambition, on the regular X they are quite heavy and can’t be set up tubeless. A decent pair or alloy road wheels are affordable and a great upgrade. I bought a new pair of mavic ksyriums for 200 usd and they have adapters for both qr and thru axle if you ever make the upgrade to a different bike or the thru axle kit. They are cheaper and lighter than cheap carbon wheels and probably take abuse a little better. Overall it is a great bike, and great for commuting because of the large tire volume.
The orange on black is a good color scheme, I like it.
