will this spacing work? its about an 1/8th inch or less. i only have two spacers, this is a 3mm and my last post is something smaller thats not enough clearly. (flat head in pic 2 is for size reference)
you can choose to put it as you have it, or on top if the bars feel high, but either way that’ll do it.

That should be fine.
Although if it were me, I’d probably go with only a 2mm spacer.

Can’t quite tell from this angle, but be sure that the steerer tube comes up to at least the centre of the top stem bolt. Otherwise, you’ll have insufficient clamping force on the steerer.

I rode with like half an inch after i got a new frame and the fork was too short for the bigger head tube. Only issue i ever had was the stem got bent and i eventually just got a new fork and stem so you’ll be more than good 👍
