I can’t tell from the picture (zoomed in) but do you have dropouts to connect a rear rack?

Looks like you have rack mounts. Just about any decent rack will do. Tumbleweed makes a very good option.
IBERA Bike Rack. Works with all kinds of panniers. They also have their own. I use a Rhinowalk Pannier Backpack. Super dope. Anyway Ibera. Right around $40 light and clean looking.
