Trying to get a smoother landing- it seems like I could be absorbing with my legs more, maybe that would be easier if I were farther forward? But I’m not sure how to avoid nose diving without doing a bit of a manual motion. Thanks!
Yes, looks like you rubbed your nuts on the back tire.

Your natural movement is to sit back when you approach a scary feature.
Force yourself to be more forward because in reality you won’t actually be that far forward. Also get into an attack position, elbows and knees bent. This will give you room to move and push the bike forward as you leave the drop.

You need to be more forward as t you approach the lip and then shift your hips back as the front tire goes over the edge

Your butt is going to hit that tire and you’ll go over the bars if you don’t get further forward
