Carbon frame. It’s cracked on the cable path holder. It has a bit of movement when pressure is applied. Not sure if it’s one piece on the frame or if it’s added to the frame. Not sure how to proceed.

Wow, well done for spotting that! The only way to find out what’s really going on is to remove the cable stop. It’s held on by rivets that will need to be drilled out. A good mechanic will be able to do this no problem!
Is the cable stop loose at all? My guess is that it’s just a paint crack because the stop is loose and it was all painted together at the factory.
