That is a dope bike and I usually dont like canyon but I have to make an exception for this one. Was this a tribike converted into fixed? Those wheels are incredible and you got a killer deal on em. 275 euros translates into about 300 and change, which is an amazing deal. I always wanted some. Corima makes some dope trispokes.
Canyon needs to get their head out of their asses and make their track frame available.

17 degree 100+ mm stem or integrated cockpit, more agressive/sport position of saddle and it’ll be look marvelous.
Like example, saddle position on track/fix bike IS almost right vertical at lowest crank position. More easy watts, more speed.
