Rotor crank not fully seated

Hello, this seems quite obvious and I’ve never had this problem on another crank before.

The rotor Vegast crank (drive side) is not fully seated onto the axle so the chainring is wobbling. Does anyone know how to fix this?

There seems to be a gap between the end of the spindle and the crank arm.
