I found this Rose bike that looks weirdly cheap being equipped with Apex. What do you think? Should it have some hidden issues? What should I be aware of if I will go see it?

Probably stolen.
That bike is only 1600 brand new msrp, so 1000 doesn’t seem too out of line.
Its a pretty normal price, for a 2nd hand aluminium frame, at least in Romania from what I’ve seen.
There was a carbon one last month on olx, 1k euro equipped with grx. Dirty cheap with owner papers and stuff.
That’s because the groupset is Apex 1. It’s an entry-level groupset. A little nicer than Shimano Sora or Claris, especially for gravel, but not quite as high end as GRX. I think the Apex you are thinking of is Apex AXS which is a much higher end groupset. So I would say the price of that bike is pretty okay.
