From a used shop with some level of repair guarantee? Sure.
That one appears to be missing it’s crank bolts in the picture… which makes me very worried about the state of the rest of the bike. No that one isn’t worth $245.
Unless you know enough to give it a good once over for other issues I wouldn’t even consider if for a lower price either. You can get a new bike not that different for $400-500 these days and that comes with a warranty.
