What’s everyone’s favorite tire? I’m looking for a fast rolling tire for the road but also with enough tread for gravel climbs and smooth single track. Also can’t decide between tan walls or black tires.

I always go for tan walls.
I personally ride schwalbe g-one. I‘m sure you‘ll find something in that area.
I’d go black wall, modern looking frame means modern looking tires.
I like Teravail and Maxxis for tires. I’d try the Teravail Cannonballs or Maxxis Reavers. Cannonballs aren’t great for rough singletrack, but you could rip them on smooth stuff.
