After a mild crash my saddle felt unstable and now I see why. I’ve tried to re-seat with channel locks but it’s pretty stiff. Fairly new seat but I’m guessing I’ll have to scrap the it and get a new saddle?

Re inserting saddle rails without the specialized factory equipment used to originally install them – depending on the seat – varies from really fucking hard to borderline impossible.
Not sure why this is in the fashion subreddit, but since it is I’ll add my fashion comment that I think contrasting stitching on saddles is kinda tacky.
