Looks like an open mold frame to me, something like [this](https://www.sp-cycle.com/2021-new-full-suspension-carbon-frame-29er-boost-am-all-mountain-bike-frame-275-plus-enduro-mtb-bicycle-frame-p3650748.html). Especially if there are no branding markings on it.
i can tell you it has a cyc electric motor. and a battery mount, sans battery.
other comment probably makes sense then, generic frame for a diy e-bike build
