are there any bags specifically to fit here or any that would work in this position?
I have a small ortlieb seat pack that has tube/tools/gubbins that clips under the seat but when I tour/pack I have to remove it because I have a parallelogram suspension seatpost and when my rucksacks on top of the rack theirs no clearance for the suspension mechanism to work, so would like a waterproof bag in this spot in the pic.
