It came with a Vee Tire Co Crown Gem 27.5×2.8”, TACKEE Compound for the rear. I’m rocking a 2.5 Maxxis Assegai on the front.
I’m not sure how I feel about the 2.8 or this tire for PNW (Bellingham / Squamish) riding. I’ve also wore it down pretty well. I’m wondering what folks might suggest I get to replace it? A bit less wide? A bit more grip? Ebike specific?

I ride the PNW year round.
My summer tires are 2.5″ WT EXO+ Assegai no insert out front, with a 2.4″ WT EXO DHR II Cushcore Pro in the back.
My winter combo is 2.4″ WT Shorty front and rear. Same insert combo.
Maxterra all around.
