Video shows problem, I show a switch initially on the derailer as I am not sure what it does? Should this be engaged?
Derailer lifts up when cycling backwards and forces chain to detach, it also falls when cruising and not peddling. Has the derailer been bent and is forcing the chain to not go backwards? Have I done something to make it not work?
I had the bike the shown postion whilst I was cleaning it, this is when it occurred for the first time once I finished cleaning it.

Freewheel’s stuck. It’ll probably need to be replaced.
If it’s a freewheel, not cassette, with the wheel off, laying flat, dribble a bit of oil slowly inside the freewheel body. Any fairly runny oil is fine. I usually use car engine oil.
