Seems to be goldish silver in color and 700c. Canti mounts so perhaps 90s? Suntour stuff? Maybe a crisscross?

May I ask why you need this identified? Sounds like you’ve mostly got it figured out. Its a fitness/hybrid bike from the 90’s with grip shifters.
