Final shim I will settle with does it look okay and not like it will damage frame ?

It’s a little stainless steel strip . It extends to just barely past the bottom of the key hole and a little over top of end of seat tube. Does it seem like it won’t damage frame ? I accidentally cut the metal barely too short as well. TYIA
