Gears had been working fine. Put the bike away. When I put it back on the turbo it won’t go past the gear in the picture. Will continue to move up the cassette. Checked in the app and it thinks this is ‘gear 12’, so should be in the 10t.
Does the hangar look bent enough to cause this? Don’t think I banged it… don’t have an alignment tool to check.
Derailleur is SRAM AXS force, owned for 3 years without issue.
I’ve tried resetting/repairing and have updated the firmware, but no joy. Help appreciated.

That sounds like a call to sram to properly reset the position sensor.
Take the derailleur off and try to go through the gears with it in your hands to try to isolate the problem.
It sounds like it’s mechanically blocked by limits or whatever
There is a manual indexing procedure too, that may get you there, perhaps the auto sync is messed up
Ot: be sure to wipe off excess lube when convenient
