I’m able to move the saddle backwards and forward, but it’s not possible to rotate the angle of the saddle.

Loosen it more
Remove the seat and the outer clamps. There should be a small gap between the inner cups and the seatpost. Put electrical tape around a large flat blade screwdriver and wedge the blade between the cup and the seatpost. Carefully twist the screwdriver and the cup should pop out pretty easy. Repeat other side.
