  1. Hey guys! I just received my new wheelset (Light Bicycle AR46) but I can’t fit the valve stem of my inner tube through the valve hole. Upon closer inspection it appears that the valve hole is blocked by a little bit of extra material. I have already contacted the seller.

What do you guys reckon I should do? Is it safe to file it down myself?

  2. Assuming I’m looking up the right wheels, I would return. There’s no way I’m accepting any defects on something I’ve paid more than $1000 for

Before doing anything contact the manufacturer. If they say – ‘go for it with an ** grid stemmed drum’ the. You certainly can. If not you just voided the warranty.

Amazon era bad customer service with online orders has really created a weird DIY new stuff culture which I find very strange.
