My bike takes 24x37x7 bearings. I went into my lbs to get a replacement and found out they where 24×37.1×7. As i get it, it goes in carbon frames that have slightly worn out. Mine has a metal sleeve to press the bearings into. Will putting them in damage the bike or is it fine?

If that bearing is to take up the oversized issue from bearings loosening up in a carbon bore, you will NOT want to use those in a properly sized metal bore.
