It’s called *Sex Panther*® by *Odeon*©.
It’s illegal in 9 countries.
It’s also made with bits of real panthers,
*so you know it’s good*.
*60% of the time*, it works ***every*** time.
A really heavy bike that would be awful to ride.
I don’t think that would actually be any easier to ride then a conventional bike, and might be much harder
That looks like a low rider someone would ride on the [Iditabike](https://www.bicycling.com/rides/a20050866/a-history-of-alaskas-iditasport-bike-race/) race in Alaska!
I mean, only a crazy person would ride it there, but the iditabikes usually have duel wheels like that.
It looks to be one of those Schwinn “chopper” bikes. Like the ones they had branded with the American Chopper show logos. They normally had a fat tire in the rear, but it appears someone has done some hack here to put 2 rear wheels in place instead.
They weren’t very nice to ride at all. I can’t imagine this improved things any. You’d likely be better off with just a regular bike, or a regular trike.
