Will a 22mm profile axle fit a set of shadow conspiracy the finest cranks? Both are 22mm 48 spline. I don’t really mess with bikes so I am unsure.

Should in theory. I’ve never tried, personally.
Should work just fine. Make sure you get the proper length spindle as you don’t want the cranks arm to stick out too far with a lot of spacers to make it work.
