Straight laced front wheel, not a great sign. Coaster brake mount (unless I’m blind) in the rear triangle, less of a good sign.
If I had to take a guess, it…might be all “gt” parts but I doubt it- and if it is it’s all cobbled together cast offs. That’s not a frame geometry I’ve ever seen, looks an awful lot like an old 20″ MTB frame of some kind…. it’s really bizarre. Id say pass.
