Huddersfield CTC – first Wednesday ride of 2024
A good turnout this morning but quite a few are feeling a bit under the weather after Christmas and the New Year easy going through honley and bro [Applause] holes Landslide remembering John Radford leaving new Mill and going over to hurth our usual Cafe was closed so we were looking for another place to take a bunch of wet Cyclists it’s all right thank you they’re not observant you See and that’s when we arrived at sits Cafe as featured on Last of the Summer Wine the rain are now set in so I decided to go up Park Lane and over Castle Hill it looks easy going on time Lapse but the reality is it’s quite a slug Just 3 and 1/2 miles to go so what could possibly go Wrong just keep on the pavement mate and avoid the heavy machinery
